Southland Badminton Centre

Badminton Southland is the proud owner of a 10 court stadium situated at Surrey Park next to Stadium Southland.  This is a purpose built badminton hall with a an excellent sprung wooden floor. Showers, changing rooms and bathrooms for men and women plus a disabled unisex toilet. We have a filtered water tap for your convenience also.
Some badminton rackets are available to borrow (to be returned after play) along with some used shuttles.

The facility is used extensively during week days after school and in the weekends for tournaments during the winter.

 
 

  • Our facility is available for corporate and group bookings, offering a unique and active venue for team-building sessions, staff events, and organised group activities. We also have a function room available for hire, complete with kitchen facilities, making it suitable for meetings, workshops, and post-activity gatherings.

    Please note that due to the nature of our sporting facility, we do not hire the venue for 21st birthdays or similar private parties.
