Want to play?
Badminton Southland has many playing options to suit beginners through to experienced players. If you are starting out, attending one of the club nights is a great place to start. All you have to do it rock up on the night, introduce your self to the friendly club members on duty and they will run you through how club night runs. There are rackets to borrow for the night and shuttles are provided.
Total beginner? That’s ok! Our friendly players and club members can show you the ropes and teach you the basics. Smash Club is a great place to start and offers some training and drills to hone your skills.

ALL SAINTS CLUB
All Saints Badminton Club caters for badminton enthusiasts of all ages and abilities:
Juniors (year 9+ at Secondary School)
Seniors (>18 years)
Masters (35+)
Social and Competitive PlayersClub Night:
Thursday Evening 7.00pm - 9.00pm.Fees
$8.00 per session (no annual membership fee) all year (subject to amendment)

SMASH CLUB
Smash Badminton Club in Invercargill is focused on assisting children into the game, as well as providing social and competitive matches for those wanting to make a comeback. We want it to be fun for everyone!
Ages: 10+
Club night: Wednesdays 6pm-7.30pm
Where: Badminton Southland, Surrey Park
Cost: $6 per night (plus a $20 sub)
Smash is a great way for children to learn the rules and grow their skills in badminton. Many Smash players go on to play competitively.

Southland Masters Blub
Masters Southland is open to established players keen for a competitive evening!
Club night: Sundays 6pm -8pmFollowed by a cuppa afterwards.
Cost: $8 per night (plus a $50 sub)
